For example, a well-known cellular provider company contacted us. In their warehouse, the process of assembling orders and shipping them to stores took quite a long time, and it was necessary to optimize the process. We designed and installed a turnkey conveyor line, which accelerated this process several times, and completely satisfied our partner.
The model of the conveyor line (on the video collects boxes with orders after passing through the thermo-packaging machines, scans the barcode, measures the dimensions and weight on a dynamic scale, and sends this data to the Customer's system. After registering the barcode information in the system, the line distributes all shipments in four directions according to the data on the deliveries of these orders.
