Chain conveyors are used to move pallets, pallets, containers in warehouse and production conveyor lines for movement, accumulation or buffering.
The frame of the chain floor conveyor has a reinforced structure that allows it to withstand heavy loads. The cargo is moved using at least two chain branches. The number of branches is designed based on the nature of the cargo being transported. Replaceable pads made of high-molecular polyethylene of a special C-shape are used to support the chain.
Chains with various linings and limiters can also be used in chain conveyors, depending on the characteristics of the load:

with rollers for accumulation and buffering functions;

with special pads for fragile goods;

with special devices for cargo positioning.
The maximum weight of the transported cargo can reach 2500 kg.
The drive is carried out using a cylindrical or worm gear.
Their advantages are high productivity, unpretentiousness in operation, reliability, and the ability to move objects with high temperatures.
