High reliability
The Crossbelt sorter is very similar to a sorter with tilting trays. The main difference is that the tilting trays are replaced by short belt conveyors positioned perpendicular to the flow of the sorter. The loads are fed separately to these belt conveyors. A short belt conveyor carries out movement when it approaches the destination of the cargo to unload the cargo at the place of its delivery. This type of sorter is high-budget and is usually used when high-speed sorting of goods with any packaging is required.
