A roller conveyor with a rotary table is installed in a conveyor line to move pallets or other flat-bottomed piece loads. The turntables consist of a solid welded frame and a rotary module. The rotational movement is provided by a gear wheel with a gearbox, which is mounted on the frame. The rotation of the rotary platform is controlled by sensors, the limit positions are additionally equipped with limit switches — in order to avoid mechanical failure of the equipment when the position sensors fail. The width of the roller conveyor and the diameter of the rotary platform are selected based on the dimensions of the load. The turntable is connected to other conveyor equipment of our company.
