Sorting colliders are embedded in certain places in a roller or belt conveyor. Colliders can be simple and portal – in the latter case, bidirectional sorting is possible. The colliders are driven by pneumatic cylinders. Sorting is performed at an angle of 90 degrees to the main cargo flow to the output conveyors or trays.
The restrictions on the size of products that can be processed on the sorter are 10 mm in height, the maximum weight of a unit of production is also limited.
