Sorting Conveyors with Lifting Sections

Characteristics of the sorting conveyor

Sorting lifting modules are embedded in certain places in a roller conveyor or in a line between belt conveyors. The modules have built-in belt drives that, when lifting, move products to the right or left, at a 90 degree angle to the main cargo flow. The products are usually sent to a roller conveyor for further transportation or to a tray.

Due to the design features of this sorter, it is important that the products have a solid, flat bottom.

The minimum size of products that can be processed on the sorter is 150 mm wide and 150 mm long with a maximum unit weight of 50 kg. Usually, smaller products are sorted in trays.
